    Ingredients

    2 and 1/2 cups farar shinkafa

    1 tablespoon yeast

    2 tablespoons sugar

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/2 cup kindirmo/yoghurt

    Baking powder (optional)

    Ki jika shinkafar tuwo ta kwana sannan ki tsane ruwanta. Sai ki cire 1/2 cup ki dafa ta, ki juye a kan waccan danyar ki yi blending ko ki kai a markada untill smooth.

    Sai ki zuba yeast da kindirmo/yoghurt, ki bar shi ya tashi na awa daya kar dai ya yi over rising. Sai ki dauko ki zuba baking powder, sugar and salt, ki jujjuya shi sosai.

    Ki dauko masa pan ki yi pre heating da oil, sannan ki rinka scooping batter din kina zubawa a ciki amma kar ki cika ramin dan duk zai iya zubewa. Haka za ki ma sauran har ki gama duka, Serve with vegetable soup, cow tale/leg or even kuli-kuli. Enjoy Amrah's Kitchen
