Fried rice

    Ingredients
    1- 4 cups Rice
    2- 1 cup Carrots
    3- 1/2 cup Green beans
    4- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
    5- 4 tablespoons Peas
    6- 2 Green and red bell peppers
    7- 1 big Onion
    8- 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
    9- Seasoning to taste
    10- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
    11- 1 teaspoon Coriander
    12- 2 tablespoons Curry
    13- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
    14- Chicken stock or normal water as required

    Yadda ake yi:

    1- Za ki wanke shinkafa ki jika ta na awa daya, sai ki tsane a colander.

    2- Ki zuba mai a tukunya, ki zuba shinkafar, turmeric powder, seasoning and curry ki soya su.

    3- Daga nan sai ki zuba stock ko normal ruwa yanda kika san zai dafa shinkafar, ki zuba peas saboda ya fi sauran wahalar dahuwa.

    4- Idan ta dahu sai ki sauke.

    5- Ki zuba mai kadan a pan, ki zuba albasa, seasoning kadan da spices din da kike so, ki juya sama sama sannan ki zuba carrots da green beans ki ci gaba da soya su, ki zuba bell peppers din bayan minti biyar sai ki sauke.

    6- Ki nemi babban bowl ki zuba shinkafa, ki zuba veggies din sai ki motse, ki sake zuba shinkafa, ki zuba veggies daga haka har sai kin gama ki jujjjuya sosai.
