Ayaba ɗaya ce daga cikin nau’ikan kayan marmari sama da guda 80 da ke cikin tsirran da ake kira da Musacage. Ayaba kayan marmari ce mai tsoka da laushi da manyan ganyayyaki masu kauri masu haske da launin kore. Furanni masu ban sha’awa suna fitowa yawanci a cikin bazara, tare da bayyanar ‘ya’yan itacen.
Duk yanayin ƙanƙantar lambu ko wani waje a cikin gida, akwai nau’in ayaba wanda ya dace da wajen. Ayaba nau’in bishiya da ta dace da shukawa har a cikin gidaje kuma tana ƙawata gida muddin ta samu isasshen hasken rana. Sai dai ba ta cika yin fure ko yi ‘ya’ya a cikin gida ba.

Ayaba na dauke da fiber da kuma bitamin da minerals waɗanda za su iya samar da fa’idojin kiwon lafiya. Ayaba na daga cikin muhimman amfanin gona da ake ci a duk faɗin duniya. Ayaba ta fito daga dangin tsirran da ake kira Musa, waɗanda asalinta ya nuna daga Kudu maso Gabashin Asiya take, kuma tana girma a yawancin wurare masu zafi na duniya.
Sinadaran da ke cikin ayaba
Ayaba ita ce tushen lafiyayyen sinadarin fiber, potassium, bitamin B6, bitamin C, da antioxidants daban-daban da phytonutrients. Akwai ire-iren ayaba masu girma da yawa. Launin ayaba yawanci takan fara daga kore zuwa rawaya, amma wasu nau’ikan ja ne. Sinadaran abinci da ke cikin matsakaiciyar ayaba mai nauyin gram 100:
- Sinadarin Calories: gram 89
- Sinadarin ruwa: gram 75%
- Sinadarin frotin: gram 1.1

Carbohydrates
Ayaba babban tushen carbohydrates ce, wanda ke samuwa musamman a matsayin starch a cikin ayabar da ba ta nuna ba, da kuma sikari a cikin wacce ta nuna. Sinadaran da ke tattare da carbohydrates na ayaba suna canjawa sosai yayin girma.

Sinadarin fibers
Mafi yawan sinadarin starch a cikin ayabar da ba ta nuna ba, starch ne mai juriya, wanda ke wucewa cikin hanji ba tare da narkewa ba. A cikin babban hanji, wannan starch yana haɗuwa da ƙwayoyin bakteriya don samar da sinadarin butyrate, wata’yar gajerar sarka mai ɗauke da sinadarin fatty acid wanda ke da tasiri ga lafiyar hanji.

Lokacin da ayaba ta girma, adadin pectin mai narkewa yana ƙaruwa, wanda hakan na ɗaya daga cikin manyan dalilan da ke sa ayaba ta yi laushi yayin da ta girma. Dukansu pectin da starch mai juriya suna daidaita hauhawar sikarin jini bayan cin abinci.
Bitamins da minerals
Ayaba tushen bitamin da minerals ce masu ɗimbin yawa, musamman potassium, bitamin B6, da bitamin C
Potassium
Ayaba na samar da sinadarin potassium mai kyau. Abincin da ke da potassium yana iya rage ƙarfin hawan jini a cikin mutanen da ke kan ganiyar girma kuma yana da amfani ga lafiyar zuciya.
Bitamin B6
Ayaba tana da wadataccen sinadarin bitamin B6. Ayaba matsakaiciya ɗaya na iya samar da kusan 33% na buƙatar yau da kullun (DV) na wannan bitamin.
Bitamin C
Kamar yadda mafi yawan sauran ‘ya’yan itace suke, ayaba kyakkyawan tushen bitamin C ce.
Alfanun ayaba ga lafiya
Ayaba tana muhimmanci da da fa’idojin kiwon lafiya da yawa, wasu daga cikin fa’idojin sun haɗa da:
Inganta lafiyar zuciya
Ciwon zuciya shi ne sanadin mutuwa da wuri ga mafi yawan mutane a duniya. Ayaba na saukar da potassium, mineral ɗin da ke inganta lafiyar zuciya da daidaita hawan jini na yau da kullun. Ayaba matsakaiciya ta ƙunshi kusan gram 0.4 na wannan sinadari.
Bisa ga bincike da yawa game da ayaba, cin abinci mai ɗauke da gram 1.3 zuwa 1.4 na potassium yana rage kashi 26% na haɗarin cututtukan zuciya. Bugu da kari, ayaba na ɗauke da sinadarin ‘antioxidant flavonoids’ shi ma yana taka rawa wajen raguwar hadarin cututtukan zuciya.
Sauƙaƙa narkewar abinci
Ayaba koriya da ba ta nuna sosai ba ta ƙunshi adadi mai yawa na starch mai juriya da pectin, waɗannan nau’ikan fiber ne a abinci. Starch mai juriya da pectin suna tallafa wa bunƙasar ƙwayoyin bakteriya masu fa’ida a jiki.

A cikin hanji, waɗannan abubuwa suna haɗe da ƙwayoyin bakteriya masu amfani waɗanda ke samar da ‘yar gajerar sarkar mai ɗauke da sinadarin fatty acid wanda ke inganta lafiyar hanji.
Matsalolin ayaba jiki
Akwai zantuka da yawa game da cin ayaba ga masu ciwon sukari nau’i na 2. Tabbas ayaba tana da yawan sinadarin starch da sikari. Don haka, ana iya tsammanin za su haifar da hauhawar sikari mai yawa a cikin jini. Sai dai, ganyen wasu nau’ikan suna ƙonewa cikin sauƙi kuma tsiron zai fi kyau a cikin inuwa kaɗan. A cikin gida, sanya su kusa da taga mai fuskantar kudu ko yamma don riskar faɗuwar rana.
Zaɓar ƙasa
Ayaba tana son wadatacciyar ƙasa mai zurfi tare da kyakkyawan magudanan ruwa da ƙarancin pH a tsakanin 5.0 da 6.5. Kuma yawanci ba ta cika son ƙasa mai sinadarin gishiri ba.
Ban ruwa
Ayaba shuka ce ta wurare masu zafi waɗanda suka samo asali daga rainforest, don haka suna buƙatar ruwa mai yawa da yawan danshi a cikin iska. Tana yin mafi kyawun girma idan aka dasa ta a jere kusa da juna, saboda wannan yana taimakawa wajen riƙe danshi a jikin ganyayyaki.
A rika yin ban ruwa akai-akai don tabbatar da ƙasa ta kasance da danshi ko’ina amma ba ta yi laushi ba. A guji yawan ruwa, wanda zai iya haifar da ruɓewar jijiyar.
Yanayi mai danshi
Ayaba na bunƙasa cikin yanayi mai ɗumi, amma ba ta son matsanancin yanayin zafi. Hatta nau’in itacen ayaba masu ƙarfi, masu jure sanyi sun fi buƙatar madaidaicin yanayin zafi tsakanin digiri 75 zuwa 95 a ma’aunin farenheit. Yanayin zafin da ke ƙasa da digiri 60 a ma’aunin farenheit yana rage bunƙasar girmanta. Sanyin yana sa shukar ta mutu.
Zuba taki
Bishiyoyin ayaba masu nauyi ne, suna suna zuƙar taki sosai. A riƙa zuba taki kowane wata a yayin da shukar take matakin girma, a bi umarnin yadda ake amfani da takin. A yaryaɗa takin a ko’ina a kewayen shukar. Har ila yau, a riƙa cakuɗa takin cikin ƙasa a kowace shekara a lokacin bazara don ƙara yawan sinadarai a cikin ƙasa.

Akwai kusan nau’ika 70 ba ayaba har da bishiyoyi iri-iri da suka haɗa da:
• Musa acuminata
Wannan nau’in bishiyar ta kai kusan ƙafa 12 zuwa 20 a tsayi, kuma galibi ana shuka ta don yin da ganyenta. Ganyen yana da tsayin inci 6 zuwa 10.
• Musa Ornata
Wannan ma bishiyar ayaba ce mai furanni, wannan nau’in shi ma ana shuka shi ne yin adon gida.
• Musa basjoo
Wannan nau’in bishiyar ayaba ce da ake wa laƙabi da Japan banana, wannan nau’in tana da juriyar sanyi. Tana iya yin ƙafa 6 zuwa 14 a tsayi.
Kulawa da bishiyar ayaba
- Yayin da nau’ikan ayaba suka bambanta sosai a siffofi da girmansu, ta fuskar buƙatar kulawa suna da kan tsari ɗaya, wato suna abu ɗaya.
- Idan za a dasa ta a waje, a zaɓi wuri mai cikakken hasken rana da inuwa mai ban sha’awa (idan ya kasance iri ne ba dashe ba) kuma a kare shukar daga iska mai ƙarfi, saboda ganyen suna da sauƙin ɓallewa.
- A gyara wurin da za a yi dashen ta hanyar zuba taki a cikin ƙasar.
- A kuma tabbatar cewa an yi dashen a isasshen sarari don yin tsayi da yaɗuwar yabanya mai kyau.
- A kula da isasshen danshi na ƙasa ta hanyar yin ban ruwa yau da kullun a lokacin da ya dace, musamman a lokacin zafi.
- A rika zuba taki kowane wata a yayin da shukar ke girma.
