Citta

Citta wata nau’in saiwa ce da masana suka bayyana cewa ta samo asali ne daga yankin Kudancin Asia, kuma tana daga cikin kayan kamshi da ake amfani da su wajen dafe-dafen abinci ko kuma abin sha. Citta ta samo asali ne daga kudu maso gabashin Asiya, ta shahara sosai saboda fa’idojin kiwon lafiya da take yi.

Citta tana yaɗuwa ta hanyar ciyayi ta amfani da irin da ake kira da rhizomes.

Ana amfani da wannan aba a tsawon a tsarin magungunan gargajiya. Citta na iya samun fa’idojin kiwon lafiya da yawa kamar maganin kumburi, maganin tashin zuciya, da sauran. Tana iya taimakawa wajen rage ƙiba, sarrafa amosanin gabbai, rage matsalolin haila, da ƙari. Ana kuma iya amfani da citta a danyar ta, ko busasshiya ko a garin ta har ma da ruwan ta, kuma tana da saukin samu a kasuwanni a fadin duniya. Nau’ikan citta

1. Gama-gari (Common ginger)

2. Turmeric ginger

4. Farar citta (White ginger)

Wannan tana ɗaya daga cikin nau’ikan citta waɗanda ba a son su ba musamman a Najeriya da wasu sassan Amurka, Nepal, da gabashin Indiya.

Tsarin noman citta

Abin shuka da ake amfani da shi wajen noman citta shi ne irin rhizome. An yanka shi ƙanana-ƙanana, kimanin tsayin 2.5cm zuwa 5.0cm tare da nauyi kimanin 25g. Yawan irin da za a shuka ya bambanta daga yanki zuwa yanki amma mafi kyawun iri shi ne 1250kg/ha. Sannan kada a haɗa rhizomes da kowane sinadari.

Lokacin girbe citta

Citta tana samun cikakkiyar balaga (girma) lokacin da ganyen ya zama rawaya kuma ya fara bushewa kusan watanni 7 zuwa watanni 10 bayan shuka. Idan ana buƙatar shuka sabbin kayan lambu, ana iya girbe ta da wuri bayan kimanin watanni 6 da yin shuka. Idan ana buƙatar yin busasshiyar, ya kamata a girbe lokacin da ta girma, wato sai a girbe ta da kimanin watanni 8 zuwa 9. Kuma daina ban-ruwa na tsawon wata ɗaya kafin girbi. Yadda ake adana citta

Amfanin citta ga lafiyar jiki

Baya ga kasancewa ɗaya daga cikin nau’ukan kayan kamshi da ake amfani da su wajen ƙara armashin girki, citta tana da dadadden tarihi na amfani a fannonin magungunan gargajiya da dama. Ga wasu fa’idojin kiwon lafiya da citta ke yi waɗanda ya kamata a sani:

Magance kumburi

Citta tana ƙunshe da gingerol, wani sinadari ne mai ƙarfi tare da kayan sauran sinadarin kariya masu ƙarfi. Yana taimakawa wajen rage ciwon jiki da ciwon gaɓɓai, wannan ya sa citta ta zama ingantaccen magani ga masu motsa jiki da mutanen da ke da fama cutuka masu tsanani.

Narkar da abinci

Citta na iya taimakawa wajen rage matsalolin narkewar abinci, ciki har da kumburin ciki da rashin narkewar abinci. Tana kara kuzari da ayyukan enzymes a ciki, wanda kan taimaka wajen ingantaccen narkewar abinci.

Kawar da tashin zuciya

Citta tana yana da matuƙar tasiri wajen magance tashin zuciya, musamman a lokacin ɗaukar ciki da tashin zuciya wanda wasu ƙwayoyin magani kan haifar. Yin amfani da shayin citta ko alewar citta na iya taimakawa cikin sauri.

Inganta garkuwar jiki

Sinadaran antioxidants a cikin citta suna ƙarfafa tsarin garkuwar jiki, suna taimaka wa jiki ya kawar da cututtuka da yawa. Yin amfani da citta akai-akai zai iya rage haɗarin kamuwa da cututtuka masu tsanani da kuma inganta lafiyar jiki gabaɗaya.

Ƙwayoyin halittun da ke cikin citta na iya daƙile cigaban ƙwayoyin bakteriya da fungi iri-iri masu cutarwa. Suna da tasiri musamman wajen magance ƙwayoyin bakteriya na baki da cutukan dasashi (gingivitis) da kumburi (periodontitis), suna inganta lafiyar baki.

Citta tana taimakawa wajen rage nauyi ta hanyar inganta ɓangaren aikin fitar da bahaya da sauran gurɓatattun abubuwa daga jiki tare da inganta jin daɗin jiki. Tana taimakawa wajen rage maiƙo kuma tana inganta narkewar abinci.

Inganta aikin ƙwaƙwalwa

Abubuwan anti-mai kumburi na ginger na iya taimakawa kare kwakwalwa daga raguwar shekaru. Amfani da ginger akai-akai yana da alaƙa da ingantaccen ƙwaƙwalwar ajiya, lokacin amsawa, da aikin fahimi gabaɗaya.

Haɗarin cutar kansa

Sinadaran antioxidant da anti-inflammatory na iya taimakawa wajen rage haɗarin wasu nau’ikan ciwon daji, ciki har da ciwon dajin bakin mahaifa.
