Ganyen yaɗiya ganyene da yake da dangantaka da nau’ikan tsirrai na daji da ake samu a yankunan Afirka, musamman a wuraren da ke da wadatar danshi da zafi. Haka kuma yana daga cikin mafiya yawan ganyayyakin da ake amfani da su wajen magungunan gargajiya. A wasu sassa ana kiransa da suna kala-kala bisa ga yare da kuma yadda al’ada da al’ummar nahiyar suke da yaƙini a kansa. Wannan ganye ba shuka shi ake yi ba. Yana fitowa ne a bayan ƙasa da ikon Allah.

Ganyen yaɗiya tsiro ne mai tsawo wanda yake mamaye wasu tsirrai. Ana samun shi a yankunan da ke da yanayi mai zafi a Afirka, kuma yana cikin dangin tsirrai na Apocynaceae a kimiyyance. Ana yawan ganin shi a yankunan da ke da Hamada da yankin dazuzzukan Savannah, ganye ne da ke da matuƙa juriya ga bushewar yanayin ƙasa.
Sinadaren dake cikin ganyen yaɗiya
Bincike ya nuna cewa ganyen yaɗiya yana da sinadarai masu matuƙar amfani ga jikin ɗan’adam. A binciken da aka yi kan ganyen, an gano waɗannan abubuwa:
- Sinadarin ruwa: 7.63%
- Sinadarin toka (Ash content): 17.19%
- Carbohydrates: 47.13%
- Furotin (Crude protein): 20.85%
- Maiƙo/ kitse (Crude lipid): 2.70%
- Sinadarin fiber: 7.50%
Har ila yau, ganyen ya kunshi sinadarai masu muhimmanci kamar calcium, magnesium, sodium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, da chromium. Bincike ya kuma nuna cewa yana daƙile tasirin alpha-glucosidase, wanda hakan ke nuni da cewa yana iya taimakawa wajen rage haɗarin ciwon sukari.
Bugu da kari, yana da ikon hana lalacewar ƙwayoyin halitta da ke haifar da oxidative stress, wanda ke da alaƙa da cututtuka masu nasaba da tsufa da lalacewar gaɓoɓin jiki.
Alfanun ganyen yaɗiya
Yaɗiya ciyawa ce mai matuƙar muhimmanci ga al’umma wanda kuwa tuni wasu suka ɗauka a matsayin magani mai taimako, musamman mata masu juna biyu. Daga cikin alfanun wannan ganye akwai:
Amfaninsa a matsayin abinci
Ana amfani da shi wajen ci domin ana yi masa haɗi a kwaɗanta shi kamar yadda ake kwaɗa rama da zogale a sanya kuli-kuli da albasa da maggi da sauran kayan haɗin kwaɗo, a ci shi a ƙoshi lafiya ƙalau.
Amfaninsa ga lafiyar jiki
- Ana amfani da shi wajen ƙarfafa ƙashi da tsokoki saboda yana ɗauke da sinadarin calcium da potassium.
- Yana taimakawa wajen hanzarta narkar da abinci.
- Ana amfani da shi don rage cututtukan hanta da ƙoda.
- Yana taimakawa wajen gyaran gashi, saboda yana ɗauke da antioxidants.
- Yana da sinadarai da ke taimakawa wajen rage kumburi da ciwon gaɓoɓi.
- Ana amfani da ganyen yaɗiya a magungunan gargajiya don rage wasu cuccuka kamar ciwon olsa.
- Yana taimakawa wajen magance ciwon suga (diabetes) domin yana rage yawan sukari a jini.

- Ana dafata a kwaɗata da ƙuli kamar yadda ake yi wa zogale. Yana taimakawa wajen ƙara jini da ƙarfi a jiki.
- Ana daka ganyen yaɗiya a tankaɗe a kwaɓa da zuma a shafa. Yana taimakawa wajen maganin ƙurajen da ke cikin baki da harshe.
- Ana amfani da ruwan bayan an dafa shi domin warkar da gyambo a jiki. Ko kuma kaluluwa.
- Ana amfani da ruwan ganyen yaɗiya a yi wanka domin magance cututtukan fata kamar ƙuraje, ƙaiƙayi. Haka nan yana taimakawa wajen sa fata ta yi kyau da laushi.
Tasirinsa ga mai juna-biyu
Da zarar mace ta samu juna biyu, kuma ya kai wata bakwai (7), yana da kyau ta samu ganyen yadiya ta tafasa ta mayar da shi ruwan shanta har sai ta haihu. Domin kuwa yana zubar da duk wani datti dake tattare a mara ko zakin da mace ta sha lokacin da take dauke da juna, wanda wannan zakin duk zai zuba kafin ta haihu. Illolin ganyen yaɗiya
Kamar yadda yake da amfani, ganyen yaɗiya na iya samun wasu illoli idan aka yi amfani da shi ba bisa ka’ida ba ko kuma wuce gona da iri. Ga wasu daga cikin illolinsa:
Haddasa ciwon ciki
Yawan shan ruwan dafaffen ganyen na iya haddasa ciwon ciki, gudawa, ko rashin jin daɗi a ciki. Matan da ke da ƙaramin ciki ko masu fama da gyambon ciki wato olsa su yi taka-tsan-tsan wurin amfani da yaɗiya.
Rikita ƙwayoyin sha’awa (hormones)
Ana danganta wasu ganyaye da canja yanayi da tsarin kwayoyin sha’awa (hormone), wanda hakan zai iya shafar haila ko lafiyar mata masu ciki.
Ya ƙunshi sinadari mai guba
Idan aka ci yaɗiya da yawa, tana iya haifar da illa ga hanta da ƙoda, musamman idan jiki ba ya iya tace gurɓatattun sinadarai a cikin ganyen yadda ya kamata.
Haifar da matsalolin fata
Wasu mutanen na iya samun ƙaiƙayi, kumburi, ko wata matsala ta fata idan suka yi amfani da shi.
