Pressure a Physics yana nufin ƙarfin da ake amfani da shi a kan wani sarari na abu. Ana auna shi ta yadda ƙarfin da aka yi amfani da shi yake rarraba kansa a saman sararin. A cikin sassauƙan harshe, idan aka takura abu a saman wani sarari, pressure tana nuna yadda wannan ƙarfin ke aiki a kan wannan sarari.

Ana auna pressure da Pascal (Pa), wanda yake daidai da ƙarfin 1 Newton da aka yi amfani da shi a kan 1 square meter na sarari. Ana samun formula ta pressure kamar haka: Pressure = Force ÷ Area, ma’ana pressure yana ƙididdigewa ta hanyar raba ƙarfin da aka yi amfani da shi da yawan sararin da ƙarfin yake aiki a kai.

Pressure yana da mahimmanci a rayuwarmu da yawa. A Physics, ana binciken pressure a cikin abubuwa daban-daban kamar ruwa, iska, da sauran yanayi. Formulas for pressure

Pressure = Force ÷ Area

Pressure = ρ × g × h

Pressure × Volume = n × R × T

Nau’ikan pressure

Pressure a cikin ruwa

Misali, idan mutum ya shiga rijiya mai zurfi, zai ji pressure tana ƙaruwa a ƙafafunsa fiye da a kansa. Wannan ya nuna cewa pressure a ruwa tana da alaƙa da zurfin ruwa da kuma yawan ruwa a sama.
