2. Muhimmancinsa a al’adance da zamanance

Zogale ba kawai tsiro ne mai amfani ga lafiya ba, har ila yau yana taka muhimmiyar rawa a bunƙasa tattalin arziki, musamman a yankunan karkara da ke da sauƙin noma. Hakan ya kara masa karɓuwa a duniya, har ya zama ɗaya daga cikin tsirran da ake kira “superfood” saboda yawan sinadarai masu amfani da ke cikinsa, ciki har da bitamin A, C, E, iron, calcium, da antioxidants.
